Shipping Policy
All items are shipped using UPS Ground shipping or Priority Mail. Orders are normally shipped within one work day.

Return And Guarantee Policy
Any item may be returned within thirty days for any reason as long as it is in original, unused condition. You will be refunded the cost of the item. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Items not in original, unused condition will have a 50% restocking fee. Please contact us for authorization before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
After 30 days, we will not accept returns. However, we suggest that you contact the manufacturer of your product or go to their website to learn about their warranty and return policy. For example, gloves have a one year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
To do our part in preserving the environment, all products are shipped in recycled containers.
